Who we are

Jeong's Family Taekwondo runs taekwondo schools in Niagara Falls and St. Catharines, Ontario. This policy covers our website, jeongsfamilytkd.com. We follow Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA) and anti-spam law (CASL).

What we collect

• What you type into our forms or chat: your name, email address and phone number, your child's name and school, the program, school or camp you ask about, and your message.
• What our website collects on its own: the pages you visit, how you found us (for example, an ad or a search), your browser and device, and your general location, through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

• To answer your request, book your free class and reply to your messages
• To send you news and offers, if you agree to get them
• To see how our website is used, and to measure and improve our ads
• To keep spam out of our forms

Texts and emails

After you send a request, we may call, text or email you about it. You can reply STOP to any text, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your personal information. The companies that run our website, forms, chat, email and texts handle it for us and may use it only for that. We also share it when the law requires.

Cookies, ads, maps and videos

We use Google Analytics and the Meta pixel to see how visitors use our website and to measure and show our ads, including on other websites and apps. They may collect your IP address, your device and browser details, and the pages you visit.

The map at the bottom of our pages comes from Google Maps, and our videos play from YouTube when you press play. Google may collect your IP address and device details when they load.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on, manage your ads in Google's My Ad Center and Meta's ad preferences, and opt out of interest-based ads at youradchoices.ca.

Information stored outside Canada

Some of these companies store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where that country's laws apply to it.

Our forms and chat are for parents, guardians and adults. If you're under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to fill them out with you.

How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards, only people who need your information can see it, and we keep it only as long as we need it or the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw your consent, or ask us to take a photo of you or your child off this website. Email info@jeongsfamilytkd.com and we'll reply within 30 days.
