High Performance

Training for tournaments.

Our High Performance program trains at our Secord Drive location, 38A Secord Dr in St. Catharines. It's by invitation only. To ask about joining, speak with the instructors at your school.

Jeong's students compete in Taekwondo Ontario sanctioned tournaments, such as the Jung Ko Canadian Classic. Before a tournament, competitors get extra practices for patterns and sparring, and an instructor coaches them on competition day.

Our founder, Grandmaster Chan Jeong, coached South Korea's national team and became head of Team Canada in 2004.
